SHIPPING AND RETURNS
CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY
Prices in the web store are stated in euro (€). When ordering from Finland or EU, prices will include 24% Finnish VAT. If you are based outside EU and shipping will be made outside EU, Finnish VAT does not apply. However, there may be local taxes and/or duties on import of fur products from Finland, depending on the value of your order. Please check with you local customs authorities before ordering or contact us for more information.
Gemmi web store accepts payments with major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Maestro, American Express) and Pay Pal. All credit card transactions are secure, data related to the payment is protected via the SSL standard.
Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation to the e-mail address that you provided when submitting your order. Some items in the web store are made to order and will be delivered to you in accordance with the terms in the order confirmation, normally within 2-3 weeks from the confirmation date.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Gemmi web store ships internationally. However, please note that import restrictions may apply, depending on your country of residence. Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for any customs duty and taxes on import, which usually have to be paid to the courier before delivery.
Deliveries within Finland are sent via the Finnish Post Office or DHL. Deliveries outside Finland are sent via DHL and the package will be delivered to the address you have provided. Please note that a street address is required.
DHL will usually deliver packages within 2-8 days, unless the package is held up by customs for inspection. All fur products shipped by Gemmi are approved for export as we do not use any skins from endangered species.
Delivery costs for parkas, coats and vests are:
- Finland 11 €
- EU 50 €
- Outside EU 80 €
Delivery costs for accessories are:
- Finland 11 €
- EU 35 €
- Outside EU 40 €
To ensure your satisfaction with Gemmi products, we offer you a full 14 day money back guarantee from the date you receive your order. You are welcome to either exchange your item or receive a refund. Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging and bearing all original product tags.
Please note that the return shipping is paid by the customer. Please ensure that you return orders with sufficient postage. Returns where postage is not paid will not be accepted by us. If you receive a wrong or a faulty item, we will compensate you for the delivery costs.
